The hotel is nice … the beach is also nice . it’s located exactly in front of the food market … the air conditioner was cold but in our opinion not cold enough … the refrigerator was not cold neither and they charge us a sprite that we didn’t took .

One of best resort in phq. Location just opposite to night market which is another surprising place. This resort is best in value. I Was is one of top 5 resort in my first 3 days and which is much higher price. This resort also has same kind of environment with much lower price.

Good location.
Less than 10 mins from the airport.
Easy access to the Sonasea night market.
(Recommend Mr.seafood)
15mins to the Kingkong mart.
Small market sells most of items and has laundry service.
Breakfast is good.
Swimming pool is nice for both of kids and adults.
Linked beach has bars and restaurants.
The housekeeping servie is good and friendly.
Reception staffs are nice.
But other staffs don't understand English.
Massage and Nail shop is very friendly with reasonable prices.

The Hotel overall is really great. The room was nice and spacious, however they didn’t clean our room properly everyday. When they came to clean, they only made the bed, didn’t change the sheets and didn’t sweep the floor. They forgot to replace the towels. They took the old towels , but didn’t leave clean ones. We has to ask for sheet changing after the 3rd day and for them to sweep and mop. Because it got sandy of all the sea sand. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly overall in the breakfast hall. I just feel for this time of year (During TET holiday) the hotel was VERY BUSY and under staffed. So therefore the overall experience could have been better if they had more staff during this time. The pool and private beach was really nice and we enjoyed that very much.

Hotel location is perfect, in the very middle of the island, so you can easily reach different locations.
Rooms are cleaned every day but you can still see a lot of dust in between the layers of shelves or on the floor in the corners. Hotel is bussy, so the staff does not really pay attention to your individual needs and requests. You need to manage by yourself. Overall good experience

The hotel is close to the Airport, and many restaurants are nearby on a walking street. The hotel facility is not brand-new. However, the good thing is the bathroom water pressure is intense. On the other hand, there is no room cleaning until we ask them to clean around the afternoon. The swimming pool is the most outstanding point of this hotel, and the pool is quite long with good greening. The beach is just after the swimming pool, clean but slightly turbid compared to our previous hotel. The main cons were the crowded buffet hall, a vast crowd every morning. Generally speaking, it is a place to rest.

Convenient as opposite of the resort are shops with food and spa options - just walk outside like a minute to reach.
Id prefer Khem Beach but Sonasea Beach is still acceptable with the pretty sunset. Overall was a nice stay and the breakfast buffet was filled with loads of choices.
